What this document is

This is the agreement between you and FanFix about using the platform. By using FanFix, you're agreeing to these terms.

Who can use FanFix

You need to be at least 13 years old, which is Discord's minimum age requirement. Since you log in with Discord, this is enforced by their system.

Your content and rights

You own your content. When you create a profile, add links, or upload images on FanFix, you keep full ownership. You're not signing over your rights to the platform.

What you do give us is permission to host and display your content. This license only lasts as long as your content is on the platform.

You can delete your content anytime. If you delete your profile or account, it's gone. We don't keep hidden copies.

Acceptable use

Keep it legal and respectful. Don't use FanFix to harass people, post illegal content, or impersonate others. Don't spam or abuse the platform.

If you violate these rules, consequences can range from content removal to account suspension or permanent ban.

Platform availability

We'll do our best to keep FanFix running and accessible, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. This is a small project, not a Fortune 500 company with a 24/7 ops team.

Limitation of liability

FanFix is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions. Please have reasonable expectations for a community project.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll announce it on the platform. Continuing to use FanFix after changes go into effect means you accept the new terms.
