Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across the web.

What we collect

Discord account information: When you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord username, user ID, and avatar. That's it.

Profile content you create: Your display name, bio, links, commission settings, and any images you upload.

Basic analytics: Page view counts (not tied to individuals). We don't log IPs or track individual visitors.

What we don't collect

No tracking cookies. No analytics pixels. No email addresses. No browser fingerprinting. No data selling to advertisers (there are no advertisers).

Where your data lives

All data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage). Cloudflare is a US company, so your data is subject to US law.

Third parties

Discord: For authentication. See Discord's privacy policy.

Cloudflare: For hosting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We don't share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Export your data: Use the export button in Settings to download everything.

Delete your account: Use the delete button in Settings. When you delete, everything is permanently erased.

Children under 13

Discord requires users to be 13+. Since we use Discord for login, you must be at least 13 to use FanFix.
